Security and privacy

Kala Photos (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and how we use it when you use www.kalaphotos.lk.

What we collect

  • Details you type into an order or quote form — name, phone number, email, chosen pickup branch and notes. These are placed into a WhatsApp message that you send to us.
  • Your basket, stored only in your own browser (local storage). We do not receive this until you send an order.
  • Basic, anonymous site analytics (pages viewed, device type) where enabled.

How we use it

We use your details only to prepare, quote, produce, invoice and support your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

Payments

This website does not process card or online payments and never asks for card details. Payment is by bank transfer (50% advance to confirm order) and balance at pickup, arranged directly with our team. Invoices are issued upon payment.

Files and designs

Photos you send us are used only to produce your order and are not shared with third parties.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@kalaphotos.lk. You can clear your basket by clearing your browser data.
