Terms and conditions

1. Ordering

Orders are placed by sending your order details to us on WhatsApp. An order is accepted and confirmed once our team verifies the details, approves the proof, and confirms receipt of the 50% advance payment.

2. Prices

Prices shown on the website are starting or estimated prices in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). The final price depends on options, quantity, and customization, and is confirmed on WhatsApp before production.

3. Photos and proofs

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, spelling, numbers and images you supply. Please check proofs carefully — once you approve a proof, we print exactly what was approved.

4. Payment and Invoices

We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD). A 50% advance payment via Bank Transfer is required to confirm the order and commence production. The remaining balance is payable upon store pickup or via full bank transfer. An official invoice is issued immediately after payment is confirmed.

5. Production and Store Pickup

All finished orders are collected via Store Pickup from our Maradana or Messenger branch in Colombo. Timelines are estimates confirmed upon order acceptance and you will be notified on WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection.

6. Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as possible. Personalized items cannot be cancelled or changed once advance payment is made and production has started.

7. Issues with your order

If your order differs from the approved proof or has a defect, contact us within 3 days with photos and we will reprint or correct it promptly.

8. Intellectual property

You confirm you have the right to use any photos, images and text you send us.
